Checks Unlimited fails to deliver - Checks Unlimited personal checks

Ordered 1 box of checks from Checks Unlimited. We took the free shipping, as the website promised delivery in 7 to 10 business days from processing. We received an email saying the checks had shipped, and to expect delivery within 10 business days. When they had not arrived 3 weeks (15 business days) later we contacted customer service and was told it takes 21 days - minimum. They said they don't care what it says on the website, it takes at least 21 days. It has now been 30 days and no checks . They say "it's not our fault. we took them to the post office." We bought checks from Walmart and had them here 2 days later. We'll not be dealing with Checks Unlimited again.
