Checks Unlimited fails to deliver
No Checks Consumer Complaint
Ordered 1 box of checks from Checks Unlimited. We took the free shipping, as the website promised delivery in 7 to 10 business days from processing. We received an email saying the checks had shipped, and to expect delivery within 10 business days. When they had not arrived 3 weeks (15 business days) later we contacted customer service and was told it takes 21 days - minimum. They said they don't care what it says on the website, it takes at least 21 days. It has now been 30 days and no checks. They say "it's not our fault. we took them to the post office." We... More...
